I began learning graphic design in college, had two babies, and paused my work ambitions. Nine and twelve years later, I had babies three and four. It wasn’t until 2015 that I revisited my dream of becoming a creator. I loved every minute of being a mom, but once they were out on their own, I wanted to unpack some of my aspirations and see where I might end up.
For as long as I can remember, I wanted to write books. As I started playing around with the stories in my imagination, I felt compelled to design a cover. I tested my writing enjoyment in several genres before I found the fiction genre I wanted to write first. By the time I made my decision, I had more finished book covers than completed manuscripts.
Eventually, I created the BookCoverDesigns.net website. Now, I’m doing what I love most — writing Christian fiction and designing custom book covers to help folks like you realize your publishing dream.
In case you’re wondering about those four children I mentioned, they’re all grown up now, and I have seven grandchildren to love as well. My husband and I live in the US and enjoy traveling together with friends.
